The palm oil industry is one of the largest providers of employment in Indonesia, amounting to 16 million workers. PT. Citra Indah Pertiwi as one of the companies engaged in the palm oil industry, of course, must strive so that the palm oil produced can produce quality and standardized CPO. One thing that can be done to evaluate this is by measuring productivity. This study aims to analyze the partial productivity used by the company and then compared it by measuring using profit-linked productivity to analyze changes in profit from each input used. This research was conducted from May to June 2022 at PT. Citra Indah Pertiwi, North Sumatera. Data processing in this study uses qualitative descriptive analysis with data triangulation and uses partial methods and profit-linked productivity in measuring productivity. The results of the study shows that the company's productivity has fluctuated during 2021 which resulted in a change of total profit from each input. By measuring profitlinked productivity, companies can find out productivity inputs that can be evaluated for improvement. Improvements and efficient use of raw materials, labor, and electricity can increase company productivity so that profits can also increase.en_US
